What is the passing Criteria for CA Foundation ??
 
After 12 th many Commerce and Non commerce students choose  CA as a career . Because CA is the professional course and there was a huge demand of CA all over the globe .

To become a CA you have to pass three level of examination which are 

1) CA Foundation
2) CA Intermediate
3) CA Final.


After passing these three level of examination you become a certified Chartered Accountant . But what are the passing Criteria for CA Foundation.

In this blog I want to tell you what are the passing Criteria for CA Foundation.

In CA Foundation you have to pass four papers to qualify which are

1) Accounts
2) Business law &  Business Correspondence and Reporting
3) Business Mathematics Logical reasoning and Stastics
4) Business Economics and Business Commercial knowledge

All the papers are of 100 marks each.  To pass CA Foundation Examination  candidate have to score atleast 40% marks in each paper and  50% marks in aggregate in one sitting . 
 
So if Student score 40 % marks in each paper but he/ she didn't score 50 % in aggregate then he declared to be failed.

And also if Students score 50% in aggregate but didn't score 40 % marks in any one or more paper then he/ she declared to be failed.

So Candidate have to score 40%  marks in each paper and 50% in aggregate in one sitting to  qualify CA Foundation Examination.
